We take great care in creating high-quality, personalised products, and we want you to love your purchase.
Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised and Custom-Made Items
Because most of our products are made especially for you, personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
- The item is defective.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- There was an error on our part (e.g. incorrect spelling, incorrect design).
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we have reviewed and approved your return:
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- Include your order number.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Order Submission Responsibility
Before production, customers are responsible for correctly submitting all designs, spellings, and details.
Once a customer has checked out, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were submitted by the customer.
